Summer day

One summer day. Finally. Tomorrow will be different again. So we went up early to enjoy the morning lights and sounds in the garden.

We then started our hike already shortly after 8am, actually before anyone else was out there. With Kara off the leash we did a long circular walk in Hiukka (Sotkamo) through pine forests, on top of cliffs and enjoying the water on several beaches. Wonderful.

Back home at noon. Tired for the rest of the day. BBQ, nap in the afternoon, the fire in the lake sauna is ready to be lit.
