Early morning sunshine

Always love the glow of early morning light, sets me up for the rest of the day. 

Quick trip to the doctors for a weigh in following a change in medication and .... I weigh the same as I did 3 weeks ago ;)

Statutory visit to Rhug Farm Estate for a post doctor visit cuppa and cake :)

Choral homework practise this afternoon and a choir rehearsal later this afternoon. Different choir than yesterday. Yesterday was an hour away, today is 10 minutes! Extra rehearsals for the competitions at the Eisteddfods on 2 weeks. Oh and 2 concerts as well! 

Going to be a lot of resting my voice in August.
