The rural west
I was over in Glasgow, with Tim, having a review meeting with Liz’s social worker and head nurse at the care home, which is quite regular apparently. This is just to make sure that Liz is settling in ok, and to keep Tim informed. The meeting went well, with only a few items to be picked up by the social worker. There will be another review meeting in six months, although, this will only be with the care home staff, and will not include the social worker.
Liz was on good form and seemed to be enjoying watching the tennis, although, I’m not sure how much she understood of it.
My blip today is of the National Museum of Rural Life in East Kilbride (aka Polo Mint City, due to the amount of roundabouts), which I pass to and from Tim’s house in Stamperland. Though an unprepossessing building (maybe it’s meant to look like a barn) it’s actually quite interesting if you are into tractors and ploughs. I only popped in to use their conveniences and to get a blip.
I hope you have enjoyed today.
