Dog and Bone

My morning took an unexpected turn when my student didn’t come in (overslept) and I was diverted back to the Centre to accompany another tutor and student to The Cambridge Computer Museum. I’ve been several times but always enjoy it as you get to play on the games and relive your childhood. Peter was an excellent sidekick as he used to teach A level computing and has a huge amount of knowledge about it. Our student was less impressed and complained that everything was ‘rubbish’ ‘too slow’ ‘terrible graphics’ and was bored.
Poppy and I went to Saffron Walden this afternoon to pick up a parcel. We had lunch at The Goat and Grass and did a little bit of shopping.
