Dahlia "Totally Tangerine"

Yes you have guessed it another coffee and cake day at a garden centre.  Today Houghton Hall.  We were spoiled for choice as far as blips were concerned.  Everywhere you looked there were flowers and masses of them.  I decided on this one as a change from my usual style with flowers.

I was and to a certain extent still am puzzled by the name Totally Tangerine, as it clearly isn't.  Even the RHS description of it says "flowers bearing a single row of soft pink florets".
