NEW - BUT NOT NEEDED TODAY

Got a phone call this morning from the Eye Clinic asking me to make a follow up appointment after my visit to the opticians on Monday.  Got an appointment fixed up for tomorrow.

Walked down to the village this afternoon.  It had been a rainy morning and I waited until there was a dry spell to go out. However It started raining again while I was out. Got some food shopping and picked up a parcel in Tesco.

Back home to watch a couple of episodes of the detective drama Shetland. They were repeats but I can never remember who did the murder so I don't mind watching them again.

My parcel contained a pair of sunglasses.  Hopefully we will get some sunshine soon so I can try them out.  Thought they would do for the Wide Wednesday challenge... the theme is NEW.  Thanks to jensphotos for hosting.
