Today it was Aqua Aerobics, it was Viv leading the group and I really like her class, she really makes us work and always tells us which part of the body she is targeting. She’s older than me but very fit. The usual girl Tash was off due to childcare, she’s nice too but not as enthusiastic as Viv.
Afterwards I walked along the River Ribble into Settle centre where I saw this spider and met Frank for chips. The spider is part of the flowerpot festival.
Then we went to Victoria Hall to watch A Complete Unknown. By this time I was really tired and caught myself dozing off! It’s a really good film with some of my favourite Dylan songs, but after the exercise the darkness just made my eyes close. Frank nudged me awake :-)
Also I was awake again at 4am listening to the blackbird.
