Westminster Bridge at night

I took this at exactly 10pm according to Big Ben. Westminster Bridge was nicknamed the "Bridge of Fools" in the mid-18th century because the money to build it was raised via a lottery (rather than private enterprise). In fact, the lottery raised less than half the funds required and the government had to step in.
