We are not amused...

Lola looking unimpressed at being left behind when D left to play golf.  Thankfully after twenty minutes in the garden with me and she cheered up :-)

I spent a couple of hours in the studio this afternoon working on a painting but my hip pain flared up again and I had to abandon it.  It's so frustrating.

Fortunately I had prepped the salmon for dinner this morning and made the celeriac mash yesterday so all D had to do was pop the salmon in the oven, steam some green beans and warm the celeriac mash.  

Dessert was painkillers and I was in bed not long after as lying on my right hand side gives me some relief from the hip ache.
