Waiting for mom

This nesting box on the garden fence is meant for bluebirds. Tree Swallows are nesting in it instead. It’s the only birdhouse of the many we put up, that I’ve seen occupied.
Sunny days continue; our hay is being cut, raked and this year bailed into big rolls.
