A Gloomy Day……

Cattle in a paddock abutting the road to the Taylor Pass. I think they are beef cattle, possibly Aberdeen Angus crossed with Herefords…. Thus having distinctive white faces. They took great interest in me leaning over the gate to photograph them. We have had rain all day, less than predicted which is a relief for many folk particularly those living in the flood-stricken Nelson and Tasman. Hopefully we won’t get too much rain tomorrow.
