FACTOR 50 APPLIED

A good night's sleep again, yeah  to that.  This morning I had a chat and then a 1-2-1 QiGong session with Mrs Gladders, which was brilliant and much needed.  Always great to catch up with her.  Gladders put his head  round too to say "hello" as did their new dog "Toff".  All doing well.

It's quie a bit cooler today, long may it stay that way.   Love the sunshine just not the heat.  Even so this blackbird was enjoying catching a bit of sun on next door's shed - he's found a spot that gets hot and he was enjoying himself!!!
