Cold, windy, flat light, all unexpected

Not too bad this morning, wished I'd gone to see the sunrise! So thought I'd go over to Lyttelton - big mistake. It was freezing! and blowing so hard I thought it might blow me off the wharf if I got too close to the edge. So not the day for photos. thought this one showed the bleakness!

And the terns are gone - from here and the other three places I could always find them - don't know what's going on.
