Shelved

Quite busy today with gym, brief swim, shopping and housework. Therefore didn’t get round to taking any sensible photos. This one, of the shelf in the kitchen, will have to do.
Getting a bit frustrated with my tennis elbow now. All I could do at the gym was go on the treadmill, and doing things involving my right arm is still a bit painful. I just want it to be over.
But, in the scheme of things it could be worse
