Dark Green Fritillary- probably!

I think this is probably a Dark Green Fritillary but it just could be the less common High Brown Fritillary as the back edge of the forewings are relatively straight rather than convex.  Unfortunately I could not confirm by looking at the underwing.  Seen in Howe Ridding Woods
