Lots of Pots

Yesterday morning we had a call from the estate agent to say that they'd had an offer for the house! We accepted with alacrity ... fingers crossed that it will proceed smoothly ....

Shortly afterwards, TM noticed that water was dripping through the dining room ceiling - so maybe not so smoothly. Outside rain was falling from the sky as if a giant was hosing down the roof, and it continued for a while. The drip stopped when the rain did, but it left a damp patch. TM went up into the loft and sorted out the problem, and fortunately it dried out leaving only a faint mark. 

So this morning it was down to the Hardware shop to get some stain blocker.  We carried on to the Walled Garden for a cheese scone and a sit in the sunshine.The clouds have returned now.
