Across the digital divide

No one reading this will understand the challenges of not having access to computers and internet. Everyone on Blipfoto has crossed the digital divide.
On the day that the Government announced NHS England is rolling out an enhanced NHS App I was in a reception queue where a patient who has never used a computer in their life was unable to gain access to a service NHS only provides on line. There was no immediate solution found despite the outstanding patience and support from the receptionist. Not sure how this divide can be bridged and how many others in the U.K. are similarly compromised.
This much blipped, by me, thatched cottage was built and lived in for centuries BC (Before Computers!).
