Beautiful afternoon walk in Cloughjordan woods, had the place to ourselves .
GP this morning and an armful of bloods and routine bone dexa scan booked as I’m ‘of a certain age ‘ in life !! GP not worried and nor am I , but just to be sure ….. and all that .
Hair cut, then a very sociable queue outside the post office in the sun, caught up with a fine selection of friends, neighbours and our retired postman (Pat) who just got his ear pierced, says he’s keeping in touch with his femine side , he’s a gas .
Beautiful evening and I took the mower out along the grass paths , it always looks beautiful with the tall wild grasses and flowers beside the mowed parts.
