Mouthwash I got today. 3 x per day for 7 days!

I have a huge number of medications to manage every day. I’m so fed up with it all.

Warm sunny day on which I achieved little. Paid electricity bill and was contacted about a rheumatologist appt requested by my hospital consultant.
On way back from pharmacie I saw Stephano’s had « moules frites » sign up. Had to stop and try them. Very good.
