Ali and I went to Livingston this morning to the Denby outlet. They've recently had their Linen wedding anniversary and we all failed. I however can claim a second hand success. I finally persuaded them to accept a Denby set which I'd picked up in a charity shop with them in mind (a couple of years ago, they took ages to decide if they wanted it). We went out to buy a couple of pasta bowls and one or two other bits. We took a plate along to make sure we bought the right stuff as there was no pattern name on any of it. Lo and behold, the design is called Linen. That being the case I had to buy the extras for them didn't I. Happy Anniversary children!
