STARS ONLY

This is as festive as I can get, leading up to our national holiday, 
tomorrow, in the US.  Last weekend, my neighbors & I put up
full size flags on the mailboxes, all along our street.  We were 
a bit conflicted about it, for many valid reasons.  

Last night, I awoke at 4:00AM to see a BOBCAT walking 
through my patio.  It must have jumped the fence to the
slope behind my house, because it was gone in the morning.
They are nocturnal, but my neighbor had one in her
back patio, during the morning, a few weeks ago.  
They are about the same size as Angus & typically 
hunt rabbits & rodents; but, will prey on cats & small dogs.

I hope this Bobcat was just passing through, & will not
be a threat to Angus.
