Late to the Party...

again.. I forced myself to get out of the house and into the heat if even just for a trip to the library( two more books waiting and 2 to return...) and what to my wandering eyes? The weekly Wednesday market! Geez.. I had totally forgotten...well, it IS summer and it IS Wednesday so this should not have been a big surprise...It  does show though how insular my life has been lately!  But of course, the market closes at 3:00 and it was 3:10, and everyone was packing up their stalls;  so, yep, I missed it again. I really need to get out more. 

Nothing in my day warranted an entry in my calendar..I often do jot things down if something memorable happens... like I paid my VISA bill or whatever...but today? Nada..

 I did however watch a LOT of Wimbledon...and of course, really made progress in the book I am reading ..In Memoriam.. WWI, life in the trenches with more horrific details than I really want to know, but it is for book club and I can see there will be a lot to talk about - in September...when I will have forgotten most of those details...

Another hot day of watering the garden and resting up for tomorrow...a full day of medical stuff.
