The butterfly and the bee....

A lovely day of weather to end the week.  And a trip to Southend this morning for some shopping and to check out the new Dunelm shop that recently opened! Very impressed with what we saw and Mum got some new lampshades so she was very happy!

Came home to some lovely post too, as I'd won 4 books from a publisher after entering a recent competition, and I'd also ordered some skincare from a website and that arrived with some extra treats inside too so I'm feeling rather spoiled today!

And then I looked out of my bedroom window to see the Painted Lady butterfly on the buddleia in the front garden, so had to quickly rush out there hoping it would pose nicely - mission accomplished I think! Even a bee wanted in on the action!!
