Smugglers Inn

This 17th century Inn at St Erth closed a few years ago and put up for sale.i did read it will no longer be a pub in the future. A proposal plan was for homes.we passed it this afternoon on our way to Hayle.there are only 5 houses near by so no longer viable to continue being a Inn. Many pubs are closing up and down the country.
