Motorbike

No idea who the VIP was in town today and leaving but prefer having a look at the bikes. At an angle as the car nearest me was over line.

Went out for a longer walk today, got further than I have attempted in a long time but only sat for less than five minutes before wanting to be home.

See how my knees and hips are stiff or sore wise tomorrow before deciding on accepting shorted distances.

Feel a bit down about it all but hopefully things will set in to a routine and I can get back more comfortable and confident in walking places.
