Flower Friday...Poppy

I was surprised  and pleased to have the pink and red poppies flowering in the garden again this year. None at all last year!...thanks bikerbear.  A cloudier day again and breezy, rain is forecast for later. Met up with S for our usual catch up, followed by our afternoon at Bfriend, with lots of laughs. Football was the theme this week, no chance against the men in the group. Home and making the most of a quiet evening. Scaffolding was erected around my neighbour's house a few days ago, and the driveway between us is now full of roofing materials. Work due to start tomorrow,  so I'm expecting a fair bit of noise.....perhaps I should go out for the day!
