Armed Forces Day

I was right back at the weights class today. I must say I didnt feel like it but needs must when the devil drives Lol!

It was a lovely summers day. There was only 7 out of a max 12 in the class. Anyway, I was glad I did it.

Home and quickly got ready to go down town for our Cafe Tabou breakfast. As it was warm we sat outside and had a croissant each and shared a scrambled egg and toasted baguette.

Bought some fillet beef for the tea as fancied a stir fry. S got chicken as he prefers more spiced up food than I go for. I always say it’s cos he’s from Glasgow.

I was flagging early on in the night so early bed.
