Fenced!

My nearest beach has a couple of benches overlooking it. But today in front of the benches was a temporary fence. There were signs around about building works but it wasn’t clear what was going on. Nobody was working but a man sat in a crane doing nothing for half an hour with a radio on loud. Out on the beach I could hear a different radio on loud. Why do holidaymakers think it’s OK to spoil the peace of a beach with their noisy radios? It’s just so selfish.
