Knautia anthotype

I blipped the first step of this process last week, but decided that it was time to stop the exposure today. I’m really pleased with the colours, though curious as to why crushing deep maroon petals ends up with this beautiful sea green colour.

I’m particularly glad it’s worked well as I have prepared a pile of papers for my group to use at the workshop in the RHS Bridgewater wellbeing garden on Monday.

It’s been another busy day. There’s a little touching up needed on the paintwork in the studio but otherwise it’s done. My new greenhouse was delivered (I will blip it once it’s erected!). I helped a friend get to grips with her new (to her) camera. Mainly by doing a factory reset to get rid of some very strange settings! And I managed to get into the swimming pool, and swim 15 lengths. For the first time since COVID, so feels like a bit of a milestone. Doesn’t seem to have irritated the post radiotherapy skin so looking forward to more swim and less gym over the coming weeks.
