Flower Power

After a taxing week dealing with the challenges of Motor Neurone Disease I had some time out whilst Richard had dialysis. This week has included a night time fall causing a head injury and increasing difficulty in swallowing causing choking when taking medication. The offending tablets now being taken in powder form. I just get to grips with one thing and then another curve ball heads my way. 

Pickering has a dedicated group of Volunteer gardeners who plant up planters around the town. They are looking particularly good at the moment. 

Out with friend N for a cuppa and a chat. A much needed distraction. Hopefully I can fit in a Parkrun tomorrow but it will depend on how things are tonight.
