Half hour on the bike ✔️
Litre of water drunk✔️
Popped up to the doctor this morning, just to ask if tell them I want to stop taking these (fairly) new pills. They are doing nothing for me, so taking pills for no helpful result is not such a good idea. Also, I have to renew my travel insurance, so not having to inform them of new pills is a good thing.
Archie is still limping, but I took him for a slow dander up to the graveyard. At times, he was quite frisky.
Hazel came over in the afternoon, and JR made some delicious (and plentiful) tasty treats, which deserved a photo:
Whipped feta, with harissa roasted aubergines, topped with pine nuts, dill, roasted tomatoes, with pita bread crisps, warm Turkish bread, and crunchy vege sticks. YUM YUM!
I took Archie out for another dander while the ladies talked about holiday outfits... and when I came back I was delighted to find that Emma Raducanu's match was just starting - I hadn't bothered checking on it, as I assumed I'd missed it. But what a great match - and she could so easily have won!
