Day 7 Homeward bound
We left Castletown Beare just after nine am and arrived in Belfast at 6 o'clock. We had decided to change the ferry from our Monday slot to Sunday. We got on the 7.30pm sailing. We had decided it was too much hassle to find a B & B or a campsite for the van as we were booked on the 3.30pm sailing and you need to be there 2 hours before. On board we upgraded our ticket and were up in the posh bit where you get free teas and coffee drinks even wine cakes and crisps which are included in the cost. Seats are more convertible and it is quieter. There is a menu for food to buy so we had some as we hadn't eaten much all day.
The roads in Ireland are very good and we were on a Motorway all the way.
We arrived home at midnight.
Angela is a great driver.
My Blip is a hydrangea growing at the side of the road.
