First time I've had to leave the house to get in to work for 8 for ages...which meant no swimming beforehand - whaaaat???? I'll be getting withdrawal symptoms at this rate.

Got home from work to find one of our Glasgow- dwelling daughters back with us for the night ahead of her flight to Paris tomorrow morning. She needs to leave the house at 4am, obviously we've booked her a cab and told her to set the alarm and we'll see her when she gets back this time next week. Bon voyage M!

(The title refers to my Duolingo tonight. Plenty of it. Having to put in a right effort just to avoid demotion!!)
