I can’t remember the last time I had fish and chips…. it must be years ago but R surprised me with a lovely fish supper tonight, as he’d heard good things about the chippy. It didn’t disappoint. The fish was cooked to perfection with a light crispy batter and big chunks of white fish. It was absolutely delicious.
