Friday: Tower Bridge

An excellent start to the day, courtesy of bacon rolls prepared by K.  We also had a visit by a tree surgeon who removed an old tree stump from our front garden and dug up a small tree that had started to grow in our drainage grid.  This is in preparation for getting the front of the house paved.

It was a glorious day so we went up to town for a good long walk along South Bank.  We walked from Waterloo to Tower Bridge where we had an great view while sitting in the sun.

We all needed a bit of a party nap when we got home and then had a lovely evening over dinner.
