Pilates first, then around by the opticians for the new lenses. A grey day, with threatening rain which didn't actually get to us, and a strong West wind. 

Various emails composed and sent with updates from the last couple of days. Short walk to the St James Quarter for re-supply with nuts and raisins from H&B.
