Red funnel and a glimpse of sun

Arkle and finn walked in local woodland. Great excitement as a red deer hind appeared, I could see it but dogs only smelt her so no harm. An owl swooped over our route as the wind and rain battered us.

Quiet day reading for departure watching the horizontal rain blowing through constantly.

Eco daughter and boyfriend headed out for cake. They then headed on an earlier ferry.

Packed and tidied up we headed for ferry  in the queue we walked terns feeding on sand eels on the shore.

A bit of swell and limited view so not much seen.

Wet roads home with rain on first but quiet so good progress.

Safely home, bed.
