More drama

The morning after I returned home to my destroyed kitchen, I got a call from my brother. Our mum had fallen whilst getting out of bed. She was taken to Lincoln A&E where she had to spend 36 hours on a chair. Inevitably, with someone of her age, that has resulted in some pressure sores. She was transferred to our local hospital where she spent 10 days before going into a care home . If she regains sufficient mobility, she’ll be able to go home from there. Meanwhile, she’s settling in well
