Cologne…. And lest we forget.

This morning we visited Cologne’s very famous  Cathedral and too  large for a single picture to do it justice.

On a side street we saw a statue which records the city’s 11,000 Jews who were sent to the Nazi Extermination Camps.

This is only part of the statue but on its own it encapsulates the sad message.
