In A Shady Spot

If it weren't for a breeze, the heat would be too much. All week, temperatures have been in the high 80s. Leaving my walk until early evening, it became more pleasant, bar the mosquitoes that is, nibbling at my ankles. In the prairie, more flowers are coming on. I liked the light on this pale purple coneflower, in a shady spot.
