My Brie and Tomato Galette
Almost! When I looked for Brie, it looked like it could walk out the shop on its own! Mmmm not nice. So I picked some of our Courgettes and grated them on the bottom and added some Mozzarella for the cheesy kick, and finished off as normal with beaten egg drizzled over it with sprinkling of herbs and garlic oh and of course 1/2 ‘d plum tomatoes. Normally I make 1 big one, but we might take a salad out tomorrow so it seemed sensible to cut it into 4 now. It’s a meal in a slice (if a bit scruffy) I’ve dribbled on it already ;0) so no popping in to pinch a slice ;0)
