A Village lost in Time

A trip up to East Devon today to visit mother-in-law and take her out for lunch. At 94 she is doing well. Home again now after she spent 6 months in Hospital and a nursing home. Where I park, how long I take to put my shoes on  and not putting chairs back in the right place do not go unnoticed! Glad to have an hour for a short walk around Sidbury after lunch. This lovely old village is built around the church. The white building in the foreground is the local pub -- The Red Lion.
