Chilly first thing.  After an incessant 36hr spell of rain it cleared to enable a quick walk up to the Kirk.  Called in past CMC's brother on the way back to the Bolt Hole.  Fletts' Butcher is Stromness has a website where you can watch them making their sausages.  If you're interested they can send you a link.  It won't be tenuous.
