Darting around

A nice sunny start to the day so this morning we ventured out to get a blip. We decided to visit Snakeholme pit to see what was around. Quite a few varieties of butterfly especially around a buddleia bush . The only problem was more dreaded horseflies some did land on use but we soon sent them packing .some Butterfly shots om Flickr.  A walk along the side of the small pit produced a few dragonflies including this lovely common darter . Due to the horseflies we didn't hang around to long. Pleased to say the antibiotics are doing their job and my leg is improving nicely the only down side no beer this weekend .
Back home for an afternoon of sport 2 super league rugby games with a bit of cricket as well but England are not doing very well this test .
This evening either a film or some series viewing to be watched or possibly England V France in the women's Euros as that has just started
