Love like blood

Tomorrow is my birthday. So as a premature celebration I went up into the Jura mountains for a race around a lake. Tour du lac de joux, an easy 24km with some tough climbs and descents in the first half, but all flat on the way back. Hot but cooler than here. All OK until I managed to fall over about 5k from the end. Finished but some bleeding on hands, knee and chin. Not quite sure how latter happened . All seems sort of ok  now though.
Home to wifey and Léo and glass of wine.
