Day 16

The Corridor, Bath, c1825

Raining and 17 degrees when D and I went into Bath early this morning. Returned the shoes and clothes I'd bought in the last two days, bought some more, to return at a later date! Then back to the hospital, day 16.

Dad seemed a bit brighter to start but then his IV antibiotics went wrong and he then had another seizure: red crash button alarm, people running from everywhere. 

After four hours headed home, exhausted. Have cancelled tomorrow's flight to Germany. If things improve over the next couple of days there's a chance I could fly Tuesday, if not then the trip's off.

Back home, dozed in front of the TV and D cooked a very nice meal, accompanied by a bottle of Moldovan bubbles.
