Test match

Early start taking the dogs to field and then getting ready to go to our first test match. J’s dad dropped us off near the ground and we walked down with all the others and found our seats with no issues. Stands filled up for when the teams came out and it seems we were surrounded with posh toffs. Good to see the cricket even though it wasn’t the best morning and afternoon for England. The posh toffs were doing a lot of the chanting and winding the crowd up, which was nice to start with but then got very tiresome in the final session. There was a pig being chased around the stand by some butchers, a few bananas being chased by minions and a massive beer snake of cups that must have been worth £500 in refunds. Bad start for England when they finally bowled India out and it was disappointing position at the end of play. We were lucky to get on a bus and managed to get home OK to two very excited dogs.
