Garlic Harvest

I have seen a few blips about people’s garlic harvest. Here’s ours. We harvested on Thursday, and hung them in the barn to dry. The top right is one of our favorite, Nootka Rose, its bulb measuring 3 plus inches across. The next two are new to us. The middle shot is Duganski, a uniform growing variety with an advertised great taste. The bottom is Deer Field, slightly larger than Duganski. It too has a reported great flavor.

We are garlic snobs, and we are ok with that. At least we like the names.
