Birthday Bash
Tomorrow is my youngest daughter's birthday, so to celebrate we went out for brunch today.
It has been another all day cloud inversion, +1 to +5C. I went to church via You tube this morning, always good to see what is going on.
I forgot to tell you what happened yesterday. In NZ it was 'Garden Bird Survey'. You count the number of birds you see in your garden for one hour. Our total for that hour was: 4 Tui's, 1 Bellbird, 20 Sparrows, and 30 Waxeyes. One Blackbird, 2 Greenfinch, and 4 Chaffinch. It was a very cold activity.
Tomorrow the walking group is parking at Hawea township, and walking along the cliff face to John Creek. The forecast is for another cloud inversion.
