New Saturday Dinner Routine

One of the things that we might not remember in the future, simply because it is so routine, is our family Saturday dinners - up to this point. One week it would ben chicken fajitas. The next week, Mum and Dad would have some nice cheese with toasted sourdough and Orla would have chicken and garlic bread. Conor would have pizza. All on the coffee table in front of the TV, for watching Saturday evening TV.

But now Orla has braces and she can't bite. And she loved having chicken fajitas. Mum has decided that Saturday dinners from now on will be cooked in the slow cooker. A different recipe each week, but all soft enough for Orla to enjoy. And all consumed at the dining table, like we do on Fridays and Sundays. We had a slideshow of our recent trips to London and Wales going on the Mac during our meal.

Earlier we had gone round next door to congratulate Erin on her graduation yesterday.
